Food Waste Diversion Study
This RFP is being issued by the County for the purpose of soliciting Proposals from Service Providers for the development of a Food Waste Diversion study. In recent years, County Solid Waste representatives have been contacted by many service providers seeking to gain knowledge of food waste quantities and diversion techniques in the County. As a result, the County seeks to gain a further understanding of the quantities, distributions, markets and infrastructures of food waste diversion in the commercial and residential sectors.
