Food Services
Provide exclusive food service operations to supervise the procurement, preparation and service of food and of food products in the campus facilities. The principal objective in the RFP is providing a quality food plan to live-in residents on campus - a maximum of 242 students and 10 staff members. The specifications are intended to preserve the integrity of the School’s overall food service operation and not to restrict creativity.
