to select a vendor that can satisfy the State’s need for quality food service operations for the IN Law Enforcement Training Board/Academy. It is the intent of the Law Enforcement Training Board/Indiana Law Enforcement Academy to contract with a vendor that provides excellent customer service as well as quality menu choices at a cost-effective price.
