Food Service and Retail Concessionaire
The County of Solano (hereinafter referred to as County) invites your organization to submit a written proposal for the management and operation of one (1) Food Service/Retail Concession operation located at the Solano County Government Administrative Center (CAC) at 675 Texas Street, Fairfield, CA, in accordance with the attached Terms and Conditions, and Instructions to Offerors, which by this reference are made a part hereof.
Special Note: The County is promoting health and well being for its employees. To further this objective the County is prepared to offer incentives to the best evaluated concessionaire/retail Offeror.
Further, the County's preference is to provide an opportunity within the leased area to offer food and
retail products that are grown, manufactured and/or processed in Solano County.
