Food Service, Bait Shop and Boat Rental

The nature of this leasehold offering is a concession lease for 3 years, with an option to renew for an additional 3 years at the discretion of the Department. The proposer is expected to be open to the general public, run the food and beverage service area, bait shop, boat and dock rental, and may sell fishing, picnic and camping and boating supplies and other appropriate business, social and recreational activities.
