Food And Conference Services Quality Assessment Services
The General Services Department Food and Conference Services unit is seeking an independent professional food and conference services consulting company to provide third party review, evaluation and rating of the food and conference services contractor based on Critical Performance Indicators, a Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) and Key Results Indicators. The CIP share and the Financial Indicator rating targets are key elements in the GSD Strategic Performance Contract. As the incentive program will have a financial impact for both the World Bank and Food Services Contractor, an external party is hired to administer the program below. Close monitoring of the Food Service Provider's performance is a key factor to the targets on the Strategic Performance Contract
