The State Department of Transportation is soliciting written replies from Proposers to participate in a competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) process to establish a Concession Agreement to design, finance, demolish, construct, re-construct/modify, operate and maintain the Departments eight (8) Service Plazas located on Floridas Turnpike at Okahumpka, Turkey Lake, Canoe Creek, Fort Drum, Port St. Lucie/Fort Pierce, West Palm Beach, Pompano Beach and Snapper Creek.
