Food/Beverage Management Contract
The Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC) is requesting proposals from qualified foodservice contractors to provide food/beverage management services for its three facilities including the Portland Metropolitan Exposition Center, the Oregon Convention Center and the Portland Center for the Performing Arts, all facilities located in Portland Oregon.
Proposals must be received at the offices of the Oregon Convention Center to the attention of Jeffrey Blosser no later than 5:00PM (Pacific Standard Time), June 5, 2009.
A Mandatory Preproposal Meeting will be held Friday, May 1, 2009 at 9:00 AM in the King Board Room located at the Oregon Convention Center Administration Office, 777 NE Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd Portland, Oregon 97232-2742.

Requests for Proposals can be downloaded from the Oregon Convention Center webpage: http://www.oregoncc.org. Any addenda necessary will be posted to referenced web page. Notification of changes will be made only to those who indicate interest in such to the contact person named.
