Focused Downtown Market Strategy RFP
Notice is hereby given that the City of Albany (City) and the Central Albany Revitalization Area
(CARA) is requesting proposals for professional services to provide a Focused Downtown Albany Market
Strategy. CARA desires to enter into a professional services agreement with a qualified individual or
firm who can demonstrate the competency and experience in providing the requested services. The
consultants recommendations will be used by the CARA Advisory Board to guide future investment of
tax-increment revenue for both public and private projects.
