Fluke Network Test Sets
Provide a cost proposal for all Fluke products listed on the attached Fluke Cost Worksheet,
delivered to the specified location FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid, within 30 days of receipt of
order.
Complete the Fluke Cost Worksheet in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format. Include the unit price and
extended price for each product identified at the quantity specified. No substitutions or
equivalents items may be proposed.
Submit invoice(s) for all goods and services to NSHE no later than June 15, 2014.
Provide an account manager or account executive that is reachable by email and telephone
during normal business hours in the Pacific Time Zone to address contract development and
order placement.
Provide a customer service manager that is reachable by email and telephone during normal
business hours in the Pacific Time Zone to address any and all customer service issues related to
order fulfillment, shipping, and product condition upon delivery, and product usability upon
installation.
