Philadelphia VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104-4551. Philadelphia VA Medical Center is seeking SDVOSB/VOSB and any SBS regardless of Socio-economic category that can provide 18 kits in accordance with the SOW.
DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/WORK STATEMENT (SOW)

Statement of Work:

General Scope: The contractor shall be responsible for providing reagents for performing respiratory virus testing. This will include 18 kits for the year as well as service or replacement of instrumentation if the instrument breaks down. The reagent panel should include:

Adenovirus
Coronavirus 29E
Coronoavirus HKU1
Coronavirus OC43
Human Metapneumovirus
Human Rhinovirus/ Enterovirus
Influenza A
Influenza B
Parainfluenza Virus 1
Parainfluenza Virus 2
Parainfluenza Virus 3
Parainfluenza Virus 4
Respiratory Syncytial Virus
Bordetella pertussis
Chlamdyophila pneumoniea
Mycoplasma pneumoniae

Government Furnished Property:
The government will furnish no property to the vendor. The government will furnish electrical power to the equipment for uses of the product.
Term of Contract:

This will be a (1) one-year contract including 18 kits. It should also include service or replacement of instrumentation if the instrument breaks down.

The items should be delivered to the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104-4551; Weekdays 8:00am 4:00pm, excluding any government holidays.
The veteran business must be registered in SAM and certified in VETBIZ (VIP). The small businesses must be registered in SAM. All vendors interested in, and with the capability and capacity to fulfill this requirement, are required to furnish the following minimum information in reply to this Sources Sought:
Company Name, address, Government Business Point of Contact, telephone number and email address.
Company DUNs number, CAGE Code, and Tax ID number.
Identify any current Federal Supply Schedule, GSA Contracts held, if none then state that no FSS/GSA schedules are held.
Responses shall be submitted electronically, via email to Louellen Butler at Louellen.Butler@va.gov due no later than Tuesday 08-20-2019 at 12:00 Noon.
