Flower Sales
The University is soliciting proposals in response to this Request for Proposal for Selection of a Vendor to Provide Flower Sales Services related to Commencement and Convocation Ceremonies, from qualified vendors to provide professional flower sale services (the Services) related to commencement ceremonies and other special programs which take place on the Universitys campus for multiple years. The Services include (1) flower sales services at all venues hosting ceremonies listed in the official Commencement schedule; (2) providing competitively priced floral arrangements for purchase; (3) providing complimentary floral arrangements for stage decoration; and (3) providing flower sales services on an as agreed upon basis for other university-wide ceremonies such as Honors Day.
