Florence National Cemetery Tree Pruning Project

Florence National Cemetery
Work shall consist of general Arboreal maintenance of trees located throughout the Florence National Cemetery, located at 803 East National Cemetery Road, Florence, SC. The work will include pruning and removal of trees. All work must be done without disturbing or damaging existing gravesites and must be completed according to the specifications and ANSI A300-1995 (American National Standard Institute) requirements for tree pruning. The work will be performed for a lump sum price. Although this specification provides detailed requirements for all work to be performed, all interested contractors should perform a site visit at the cemetery to ensure they understand the full scope of the work and site conditions. The site visit will afford the contractor sufficient time to make certain that he can determine the exact extent of work required for each tree.
This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS Code is 561730.
Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.
Contract period of performance is forty-five (45) calendar days after notice to proceed is issued. Size standard of $33.5 million is applicable.
Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors (FAR 15.101-2). Offerors are responsible for obtaining any and all amendments or additional information at http://www.fbo.gov.
