Flooring Project
Work consists of the following, but is not limited to:
A. Remove old VCT in all corridors and stairwell landings.
B. Remove stair treads in all stairwells.
C. Patch / Repair floors as necessary. *Unknown Patch / Repair work shall be billed separately as needed.
D. Replace / Install Transition Strips as needed between finishes.
E. Install New Flooring

H. Clean-up site upon completion of work.
