Floor Treatment and Staining Services
Work described in this document will take place on the core campus in the lobby and hallways of the Activities and Recreation Center. Method of staining shall be a dyed concrete and not exopy. The services will also consist of a specific polishing method within the concrete and treating the floors with a hardener and stain guard to lock in the color and ensure durability. Polishing will be necessary in corners and hard to reach areas within the lobby and hallways. Job must be completed before 1/1/2011.
