The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office, NCO 15, intends to release a commercial solicitation, set-aside for Small Business vendors, to provide rental of dust mop covers and mop heads at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, Wichita, KS.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 and the small business size standard is $16.5M. The solicitation number will be 36C25518Q0029. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract for a period of one (1) year, with option to renew four (4) additional one year periods.
Interested vendors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database prior to award of a contract.
All solicitation details, to include full specifications will be included in the Request for Quote, which will be released on or about November 21, 2017. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quotes will be December 08, 2017 at 3P.M. Central Standard Time.
