County is soliciting bids to furnish and install carpeting and miscellaneous vinyl, rubber, or other floor covering in various County facilities on an as needed basis. Materials shall include, but not limited to vinyl cove base, transition strips, padding upon request, adhesive, seaming tape, concrete patching, leveling or other miscellaneous materials. The supplies and/or services shall strictly conform to the specifications set forth in the Solicitation and any amendments thereto. The prices shall be in force for the period of the contract.
