Flight Training & Fixed Base Operator Services
Any prospective Operator seeking to conduct aeronautical activity at the airport shall demonstrate that they have adequate resources to realize the business objectives
Leases shall be for a term mutually agreed upon between the parties with due consideration for the financial investment
and the need to amortize improvements to the leasehold.
Operator shall have such business background and shall have demonstrated business capability to the satisfaction of the City.

Fuel concession is currently managed by the City and not part of this RFP.
