The Department requires administrative services for the medical, limited-use medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts. The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can satisfy the States need for a flexible spending account plan administrator. It is the intent of the Department to contract with a vendor that provides quality administrative services for flexible spending accounts.
