Fleet Reservation and Management Solution
The scope of work for this RFP includes the acquisition and implementation of a web-based Fleet Reservation and Management Solution for the University's Parking and Transportation Services Fleet unit. The system should enable anyone with a valid University of Minnesota X.500 ID, upon approval, to make vehicle reservations on-line. The system should provide a reservation system, interface with the Universitys billing system (JD Edwards/e-statement), provide management reports, automatically generate confirmation emails to customers, and upload data from the vehicle maintenance system (CCG FASTER).
