Fleet Insurance Coverage and Training
This is a Request for Bid (RFB) issued by The State, relative to the following:
1) Insurance coverage providing primary and excess liability and inland marine for the States fleet of approximately 4,837 fleet units. The fleet units include passenger vehicles, trucks, motorcycles, snowmobiles, all terrain vehicles (ATVs), trailers, passenger vans and specialty vehicles and mobile equipment in some of the vehicles.
2) Defensive driving instruction for approximately 1,800 State employees who regularly drive State vehicles.
The State is interested in contracting with a qualified vendor for up to a three-year term, commencing November 1, 2010, with policies to be renewed annually.
