Flat Roof Replacement
The City is requesting sealed bids for the replacement ofthe existing flat roof system above the entrance. The existing roof system is a built-up roof which consists of semi-flexible roof membrane assembled in consisting plies of saturated felts with a top layer of roofing stone. Complete roof substrate and flashings have deteriorated to the point that they can no longer function as a waterproofing barrier.
