Flat Goods Mattress Ticking

The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain competitive pricing for flat goods mattress ticking. This solicitation is requesting FOB destination pricing; freight pricing must be incorporated into unit price. For purpose of uniformity, award will be made to one vendor only. Contract will be for a period of one year with the option of three (3) one year extensions. Price increases will not be allowed during the first year of the contract period. Contract period shall be from approximately June 1, 2010 through May 31, 2011.
