February 20, 2019 ***POSTING OF AMENDMENT 004***
This amendment provides information from the Site Visit which was held on February 15, 2019. It provides a narrative to general contract items, a listing of site visit attendees and responses to questions presented during the site visit or submitted after.
This Amendment includes: Exhibit #01 - Specifications Section 329208 - Sodding
This amendment also extends the due date for proposals from February 28, 2019 to March 7, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. MT.
Please note: There will be another amendment posted shortly that will deal with Specifications for Mechanical Gate and Controller and a revised Drawing Sheet C2 showing additional trees to be removed from the site.
February 22, 2019 ***POSTING OF AMENDMENT 005***
This amendment provides 1) Corrected Drawing Sheet D4 (Mechanical Gate and Fence Details), 2) Corrected Drawing Sheet C2 (Existing Site and Demolition Plan) and 3) Specification Section 323113-Chain-Link Fences and Gates. These three documents will be posted as separate attachments to this amendment.
It was determined after the site visit on February 15, 2019 that Sheet C2 needed to be amended to reflect all trees to be removed, that Specification Section 323113 had not been included in the solicitation package, and Sheet D4 did not accurately reflect the electrical needs for the mechanical gate.
The due date for proposals remains at March 7, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. MT.

March 5, 2019 ***POSTING OF AMENDMENT 006***
This amendment provides corrected project information and Amended Drawing Sheet C2.
Correction #1: The east side of the site shown on C2 has a note that says keep existing waterway. This should say demo and prepare area for new valley gutter as shown on sheet C3. See attached C2 sheet.
Correction #2: Please change Specification 074213.13 2.3.B.3 to require 0.0336" nominal, 22 gauge galvanized sheet steel with AZP corten fluoropolymer coating system.
The due date for proposals has been changed to March 12, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. MT in order for offerors to incorporate these changes.
