Flame Resistant Squadron Fabric Laminate with ESD

Army Contracting Command-Redstone has a sole source requirement to purchase 2500 yards of Fire Resistant (FR) Laminate Fabric with Electro-Static Dissipation (ESD) Capabilities. This fabric will be produced for qualification of the Aircrew Combat Equipment (ACE).
Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) this proposed contract action for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source: Brookwood Companies Inc., 485 Madison Avenue, Suite 500, New York, NY 10022-5877, CAGE Code: 1WGZ5. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposal. This notice is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
