This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is intended to fulfill the State of Connecticut, Department of Transportations
(ConnDOT), requirements for the purchase of four hundred thousand (400,000) gallons of Bio-Diesel (B20). The
contract period will be for a term that will expire when four hundred thousand (400,000) gallons of Bio Diesel has
been delivered and consumed. It is estimated that the amount required will be depleted within a one
year time period.
