Fitness Equipment Maintenance Service
The 20th Contracting Squadron Shaw AFB, SC has a requirement for Fitness Equipment Maintenance Services. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 811490, with a Small Business Size Standard of $7M. This is a Firm Fixed Price requirement and will be procured using commercial item procedures. This requirement shall be a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The anticipated award date is 30 Sep 2014.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, and supplies (except as specified in the Performance Work Statement(PWS) as government furnished) to provide fitness equipment maintenance service at Shaw AFB. All performance shall be in accordance with the scope of the PWS and other specifications of the contract.
Notice to offerors: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
