Fit and Sizing Services
The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requests responses from qualified sources with expertise and experience in Fit and Sizing services, in support of the Navy Clothing and Textile Repair Facility Natick, MA, in accordance with the Statement of Work incorporated with the solicitation.
This is a SYNOPSIS for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR Part 13 and Subpart 13.5 (Test Program for Certain Commercial Items) as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This synopsis shall be posted on both the FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil).
The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N00189-18-Q-G229. The NAICS code is 541990 b All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services, and the small business standard is $15.0 Million. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competitive action. Quotes from other vendors will NOT be considered. The proposed contract will be made as a Firm-Fixed-Price definite delivery definite quantity commercial type contract.
Questions regarding technical or contractual issues must be addressed to the Contract Specialist via e-mail only. This RFQ will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the contractorbs responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

Lack of registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov) will make a contractor ineligible for award. The government anticipates release of the RFQ during August 2018.
