The alternative selection process is being considered for use based on the complex schedule, phasing, and coordination requirements that will be necessary as a result of the interaction with the existing County Metro Electrified Trolley Bus overhead system, the involvement of the OCS/Systems electrical subcontractor during the design stage being critical to the success of the project, and the complex and technical work environment.
