Firm Natural Gas for the Museum of Aviation
RFI for Sources Sought IAW FAR 5.203
This RFI is to identify any sources that have authority to provide Firm Natural Gas supplied to the Museum of Aviation located at Robins AFB GA. Services will inaugurate at the end of current natural gas contract FA8501-10-M-R004 (30 November 2019). The new contract will be an indefinite term utility contract in accordance with DFARS 241.205 and will continue on an annual basis until termination or for a period of ten (10) years, whichever is sooner. Previously, this has been a sole source purchase to the City of Warner Robins, GA in accordance with FAR 6.302.1, only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements. The purpose of this requirement will be to provide firm natural gas for the Museum of Aviation at Robins Air Force Base. Currently, the Government believes that only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services, will satisfy the agency requirement.
