Firewall Traversal System for H.323 Video
The State intends to purchase a Firewall Traversal system for H.323 Video which will enable the State to migrate the current H.323 video systems to the inside of the States firewall system to secure the transmission of content and allow inbound and outbound dialing without compromising the integrity of the States network security and infrastructure.
Bids will be accepted for Firewall Traversal systems that are either H.460.18/H.460.19 compliant or utilize TLS/SSLv3 AES 256 bit encrypted streams. The solution must either support multiplexed media or single TCP port traversal. The solution must also support E.164 dialing, URI dialing and have bandwidth management features. The State also requires H.323 gatekeeper functionality to be included with multivendor support and a minimum of 250 endpoint registrations. Traversal system must allow for 30 simultaneous firewall traversal calls with the ability to increase the amount either through additional licensing or with an added appliance. The State requires that the solution be configured for a minimum of 200 local network calls (inside firewall) and 150 external network calls (outside firewall). All software must run on hardened appliances both inside and outside of the States firewall with a secure management interface. Solutions that bypass the firewall instead of traversing it will not be considered.
