The Bid shall include all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the project as
specified.
There are currently approximately 5,649 sprinkler system devices and 8,188 fire alarm devices to test , inspect, and
certify in the 20 buildings in Springfield that the Office of the Secretary of State is responsible for. These totals do
not include the Chicago facilities.
