Fire Substantiation Design Services
The new approximately 7,920 square foot Fire Substation will be a pre-manufactured steel building to
be located on an approximately two acre site at the Municipal Airport. The City is seeking the
services of a qualified architectural firm to complete the design for a concrete slab, interior plan (floor
plan, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and site development to accommodate the new structure.
Space planning for the new substation must take into account growth trends and future Fire
Department needs.
