The Scope of Work includes the demolition, renovation and 2nd floor Lounge addition to Engine Company 3 as shown in the contract documents. The project includes reconfigured spaces on each level, an addition to the second floor, new mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems.

The City of Chelsea invites sealed bids to furnish all labor and material for Renovations to Engine Company 3, 883 Broadway, Chelsea, MA. Bids will be received at the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, Room 206, City Hall, 500 Broadway, Chelsea, Massachusetts and publicly opened and read aloud.
