Fire Station Design-Build Services
The purpose of this solicitation is to select a qualified Design-Build firm, in coordination with the City that will lead the construction of a new fire station. The project will include a typical fire station of roughly 10,000 square feet of building area with onsite parking, drainage, lighting, landscaping and other as called for in the solicitation. The City is seeking proposals with the goal of contracting with a firm that will design and carry out all the required construction services.
