The Work includes pre-engineered steel structures, slab on grade floor and spread footing foundations. The exterior consists of masonry, brick, stucco, and metal siding with prefinished aluminum windows, metal roof, interior CMU and metal stud partitions with gypsum board finish, suspended acoustical and
gypsum board ceiling systems, poured epoxy and sheet vinyl flooring and other various finishes.
