Fire Station
The project consists of seismic upgrade and interior remodel improvements to existing Fire Station 40. The project will be occupied and will have phased construction. The Work includes certain work items to be done on the building exterior envelope. The project involves Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical work. Work elements include removal of hazardous materials including floor tile, demolition of walls, installation of new windows and masonry infill, seismic upgrades, new walls and finishes, new boiler and piping, plumbing fixtures, new lighting and electrical service.
