Fire Station
The project consists of a seismic upgrade, additions, and interior renovation to existing Fire Station 8. The building will not be occupied during construction. Access to water tower, utility tower, tennis courts, and designated parking is required during construction. Work includes, but is not limited to: addition for Physical Training, Restroom, and Watch Office; renovation of existing spaces for Bunker Gear Storage, Maintenance, Decontamination, and Laundry; protection of existing Department of Information Technology conduit and equipment; site and structure demolition; removal of hazardous materials; patching and repairing of existing interior and exterior finishes; roof replacement; fall protection; replacement of existing windows and skylights; fire service and sprinkler system; replacement of plumbing fixtures as noted; replacement of existing boiler; packaged engine generator; public address, security access, and alerting systems; Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Lighting as required for addition, renovation, and extension.
