SCOPE OF WORK
The purpose of this RFP is to provide a factory recommended, complete, full service maintenance program and call back emergency repair service for an Edwards Systems Technology (EST) IRC 3 addressable fire alarm system, installed in the New S.B.I. Building and performed by properly trained service technicians, for this equipment based on past experience and qualifications and manufacturers recommended services.
Call Back 24 Hour Emergency Service will be included in this contract. Emergency repair service must be provided 7 days per week including Weekends and Holidays. Preventive Maintenance, Inspections and routine repairs will be made during normal work hours.
