This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA5205-14-Q-SC01; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-69, DCP 20130808, and AFAC 2013-0327. This tool will enable fire prevention and give real life firefighting scenarios and improve teaching aids to home residents in a controlled and safe fire situation.
