Opportunity Description:
The work consists out of the placement of footings and block walls. Roof. Slabs with hydronic heat. existing meeting room, kitchen and bathroom renovations. Removal of existing walls. New electrical and mechanical for the addition as well as the the renovation. Painting and fixtures. The Town is looking for Prime contractor to complete the project.
