First Semi-Annual Inspection of Fire Suppression Hoods is due July 2009. First Annual Inspection of Fire Extinguishers is due January 2010, except HSFI Facility will be due in June 2010. Agreement will be for three years beginning July 2009 with option for two one-year extensions. Cleaning to be as called for.
