Fire Equipment Services
It is the intent of this solicitation to establish an annual contract to provide Fire Equipment Service. This Invitation for Bid
(IFB) will describe and establish an annual service contract for the following items:
1. Semi-Annual service of restaurant type fire suppression systems;
2. Annual service and re-charging of handheld portable fire extinguishers;
3. Annual inspection and flow test of dry automatic fire sprinkler systems;
4. Annual inspection and flow test of wet automatic fire sprinkler systems;
5. Annual inspection of fire alarm panels including alert devices;
6. Labor rate for call outs and repairs;
7. Price list for replacement components, if not included in inspections;
8. Other charges.
