Fire Damper Inspections White River Junction VAMC
Scope of Work:
The White River Junction VA Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking a contractor to:
Inspect and functionally test 128 fire dampers in buildings 1, 31, 39, and 88.
Verify the integrity of the fusible links, and replace as required.
Label or re-label fire dampers so that all dampers are labeled in the same manner and acceptable to the VA COTR.
Replace any ceiling tiles removed or damaged while doing scope of work.
Provide a test report in MS Excel, hard copy and electronic.
Provide a separate report of inaccessible fire dampers.
Provide digital images which identify the nature and show labeling.
Provide initial, on-going, and final communication with the VA on schedule and progress.
VA will supply fire damper location list to contractor.
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to perform above work.
