Fire Code Upgrades
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
Furnish & install complete three new doors & two new casement windows to meet NFPA secondary means of egress requirements. Work also includes demolition of existing door & frame and four exterior windows. All work as called for in bid specifications and as shown on bid drawings. No electrical, mechanical or plumbing work. Bonds are not required for this work. Contractor shall furnish insurance as called for in the General Conditions.
