Fire Apparatus & Ambulance Maintenance & Repair Services
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor, whose facility is not more than fifty (50) miles from 1 Harrison Street, SE, Leesburg VA 20175, to perform preventative maintenance and repairs to County-owned fire apparatus, ambulances, and other special service response vehicles. Services rendered by the Contractor shall take place at either the County worksite where the apparatus is assigned/located or at the Contractors service
facility. The Contactor shall be able to perform preventative maintenance and repairs as specified in this RFP to all County-owned fire apparatus, ambulances and special service response vehicles as outlined in Attachment 2. Any resulting contract will be for cost of time and materials and will be for a period of two (2) years. The County may extend the contract year to year for up to a total of three (3) additional years.
