This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 12.6) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. B
Solicitation number 36C25618Q0684 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84.

Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) is currently seeking a vendor that can provide services related to Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression Maintenance, Monitoring and Testing.

All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), titled Attachment_1_Revised-PWS-51018 , dated 5/10/2018. The PWS within this solicitation is a non-negotiable document. Offers/quotes shall not include edits, revisions, additions, deletions, alterations, or track change comments to the PWS.

The associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS Code) for this requirement is 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths).

This solicitation is set aside 100 % for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (Total SDVOSB set aside). Offers shall only be accepted from eligible Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB s). An eligible SDVOSB is defined as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) who has a non-expired, active profile/registration in the Vendor Information Pages (i.e. VetBiz https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ ). For your offer to be accepted (and for you to be considered for a contract award resulting from this solicitation) you must be an eligible SDVOSB with the appropriate active credentials in VetBiz. Upon receipt of offers, the contracting officer (or authorized representative) will verify that the offeror appears in VetBiz (i.e. The offeror has a non-expired, active profile/registration in this database). The contracting officer (or authorized representative) will verify the offeror s profile/registration in VetBiz through utilization of the offeror s DUNS numbers as it appears in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offeror s not appearing in the Vendor Information Pages (i.e. VetBiz) shall be removed from competition and shall not be considered for a contract award resulting from this solicitation.

Offerors shall provide business name, doing business as (DBA) name, mailing address, phone number, DUNS number, CAGE code, and proof of active SAM (System for Award Management) registration when submitting offers in response to this solicitation.

When preparing offers in response to this solicitation offerors shall refer to Section E which provides specific guidance and instructions for offer submission, and how quotes will be evaluated.
