The Federal Aviation Administration hereby announces its intent to solicit interest for Fire Alarm Testing, Inspection, and Maintenance services at the Oakland ARTCC located at 5125 Central Avenue, Fremont, CA. 94536. At this time we're asking that all interested parties review the Statement of Work and complete the Business Declaration Form. The full solicitation will be posted at a later date once all interested parties have responded by the appropriate date of March 13, 2019.
Important Note:
Only technicians authorized by Honeywell HBS XLS1000 trained and Honeywell Enterprise Buildings Integrator frontend must perform work on this system. Any software modification and repair must be made by a Honeywell HBS XLS1000 SDU and a certified technician.
Contractors must be registered on the System for Awards (SAM) www.sam.gov website before any contract award can be made.
Once this announcement has closed, a list of confirmed interested vendors who have returned the Business Declaration will be added the bidders list. Only vendors on this list will be eligible to submit an offer for this solicitation.
