Oslo municipality c/o Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF (OBY) invite companies to an open tender competition for the establishment of automatic alarm transfer from our properties to the Fire and Rescue Department's emergency exchange (BRE's 110 exchange).
Approx. 100 of our properties (mainly the larger properties) currently have automatic alarm transfer to the 110 exchange.
A monitored wireless direct notification of fires from OBY's remaining properties (over 500) to the 110 exchange shall be established in the period 2009-2011. In addition, key safes shall be delivered, assembled and monitored via the alarm sender. Furthermore, OBY will have an option for a simple time restricted disconnection of the alarm transfer function. See the tender documents.
