Fire Alarm System Maintenance and Repair
The principle work of this contract shall consist of scheduled on-site testing, standard maintenance, certification and emergency repair service. Services shall be performed on the fire alarm systems as they exist at the locations listed below. Maintenance and repairs shall be performed in accordance with all National Fire Codes as well as all City, State and Federal Codes. Emergency repair service shall only be performed when required and authorized by the designated OFM representative.
